Are you outgoing, organized and want to improve your digital literacy?

The Alianait Arts Festival is seeking a Digital Skills & Arts Admin Intern. We want to train you to be a part of our online team!

Scope
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Intern will assist with the following tasks:

-       Provide administrative support including but not limited to: filing, data entry, office organization

-       Updating online platforms on a regular basis (Squarespace)

-       Developing content for Alianait’s social media (Facebook, Instagram) & biannual newsletter

-       Updating and organizing email lists (Mailchimp, Join It, Survey Monkey)

-       Booking travel and accommodations

-       Assisting the Alianait team with other general administrative duties and working on special projects as requested

Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

-       Good organizational and administrative skills

-       Must be able to work well with a team

-       Must be flexible/adaptable and have multi-tasking skills

-       Knowledge of computers and online/social media platforms a bonus.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the arts and digital media. Training can be provided. This is a contract until March 31st, 2020, with the possibility of renewal. Hours are flexible. Only applicants selected for interview will be contacted.
